Hi, I’m Jeff Utecht
I am an educator, podcaster, consultant and real estate investor. In 2009 I finally convinced my wife to invest in real estate. I had read the book Rich Dad Poor Dad a few years earlier. We were living in Bangkok, Thailand at the time and were completely debt free. Living the dream really. Convincing my wife that not all debt is the same and some debt can be good debt took some time and a lot of mental shifting on both our parts being raised to believe being debt free was the ultimate goal.
