My wife and I live in Seattle and started our real estate investing career with a condo in downtown Seattle. We renovated it, lived it in and after 4 years sold it for a $500K profit. From there we flipped houses North of Seattle and started purchasing long-term rentals in the Spokane area.

Today we own 22 doors and counting and continue to grow our portfolio in and around the Spokane area.

We are both educators by trade. I am an elementary school teacher turned educational consultant and my wife a 20 year school counselor before becoming a full time real estate investor.

I started podcasting in 2007 and runs a successful podcast in the education space with more than 300 episodes and 10,000 monthly downloads. As educator our passion has always been to share, teach and support others. So here we are learning and sharing our journey through this podcast. I hope you enjoy!
